In accordance with subparagraph 4-2) of Paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", the order of the Acting Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 27, 2015 No. 264" on approval of internal trade rules " is decided by the akimat of Ulan district:
Determine and approve the locations of non-stationary retail facilities in the territory of Ulan district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
State institution" Department of entrepreneurship and Agriculture of ulansky district " in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;;
2) posting this resolution on the internet resource of the Ulan district akimat of East Kazakhstan region after its official publication.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of Ulansky district.
This regulation shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
