Earlier, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to develop a unified register of waiting lists for obtaining land plots for individual housing construction (individual housing construction). The Ministry of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Agriculture worked out the issue of automating the process of queuing for land plots for housing and communal services, and akimats provided the collected information about those who were previously on the waiting list for uploading to the public cadastre map of the new information system "unified state cadastre of real estate".
Previously, Kazakhstanis submitted paper applications to the akimats to get a land plot for housing and communal services, where there was a risk of incorrect queue management. At that time, the queue process took 12 days. These applications were kept separately at the district, city, and regional levels for 16 years.
Thanks to the new system, Kazakhstanis will be able to stand in the queue, independently monitor the progress of its movement on <url> and update the data of previously submitted applications to the land queue. Thus, the process of obtaining 10 acres of land that every citizen of Kazakhstan should receive will be as transparent as possible. And thanks to automation, only 5 minutes are spent on this process.
"The list issued by akimats has been digitized and translated into electronic format. Another digitalization of the land plot is a great step forward in the process of eliminating corruption and land development. Now every citizen of Kazakhstan who has reached the age of majority, without leaving the house, can land on 10 acres eGov.kz application form Another innovation is that now you can apply for a land plot from any region of the country without visiting the akimat of your chosen region," explained asset Turysov, vice minister of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
To use the service eGov.kz in the section "Real Estate" – "Land relations", you need to go to the portal and select the service "consideration of the queue for obtaining a land plot (10 acres) for individual housing construction".
Next, you need to select the type of application. Today, there are three types of applications on the portal:
* queuing;
* updating data;
* withdrawal from the queue.
If you are applying for a land plot for the first time, then choose the region in which you want to get a land plot.
If you have previously been in the queue for land, but did not find information about it, then you need to choose the type of Application "Update".
To confirm receipt of the queue, you need to download the existing document (scan version of the ticket, copies of the application, ID card, etc.). As well as the order of the queue www.map.gov4c.kz/egkn you can log in and track them via eds on the/ website.
In order to cancel the previously received land queue, you need to select the "withdrawal" type of application.
A citizen may not apply to the land queue if he / she has previously received a free land plot from the state or if the locality does not have a free land plot for housing and communal services. The decision on granting free land plots is made by akimats. Plots will be provided as the site is ready or in accordance with the master plan of the settlement, provided that there are free territories.
If earlier you were on the waiting list for a land plot in one region, and now you want to get land in another region, it should be borne in mind that 10 Courts will be granted land from the region that arrived earlier in the queue, and the remaining applications will be canceled.
