Some Kazakhstanis already quit carrying bank cards a long time ago preferring to pay using NFC service or QR-codes on their smartphones.
Such payments don’t make cashiers doubt that a payer is an owner of a bank card, in particular, because he or she uses a special mobile application which requires an identification.
The same system in ideal should be used in the situations with submitting the digital versions of documents. Recall that it is possible to access them via the mobile application of Electronic government.
Types of documents which can have their digital duplicates
According to the information taken from the website of Electronic government, digital documents generate on the base of received data from the informational systems of the government agency.
Among them may be:
Documents may not appear in this list immediately. For example, the diploma appears as it is digitized by the university and after it is sent from the informational system of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the service “digital documents”.
And the vaccination passport at first forms in the digital format and appears in this service almost immediately. For the word, a photograph for it is taken from the governmental database about private individuals. It is possible to change it only after the photograph is changed in ID card.
Places where people can submit their documents
If we are talking about presenting digital versions of documents instead of the usual originals, then we are not referring to copies or photos saved on the phone, but documents stored in the mobile application of the Electronic Government.
These documents should be taken in Public Service Centers for obtaining public services. It is also reported that digital documents began to be accepted when registering services at some banks, at notaries, when checking in at the airport and when boarding a train at the railway station.
It means digital documents may not be taken everywhere, but the number of objects, where people can submit them without having originals, grows. But at the same time it is worth remembering that in the case of theft or loss of a document’s original a person cannot use its digital analogue. If a paper format is missing, a digital version of it is not valid. In this case the documents should be restored for their use.
Ways how to submit the information of digital documents
Digital documents may be found in the mobile application of Electronic government, in the “Services” section, if you preliminarily authorized via EDS (Electronic Digital Signature) or a phone number which is registered in the database of mobile citizens. They can be downloaded, sent to an email or in messengers.
It is also possible to share a digital document, pressing the “Open access” button.
After this a QR-code will be generated. It should be scanned by an inspector using the same app. As a result, the document of the first user will be displayed on the smartphone screen of the second user.
The possibility of widespread use of digital documents will allow you not to carry the originals with you for their safety.
