Digitalization gets to school

For the third academic year in Kazakhstan fully working AIS "Cndac". Kazakhstan has its own Learning Management System( LMS), which has entered the world rankings in the field of education. So, the world's largest Internet counters SimilarWeb and Alexa, determined the ratings among educational systems. AIS "Kundelik" entered the TOP 50 resources of the world (41st place).

 

If you look at the statistics for the country according to Amazon, the AIS "Kundelik" is second only to Google and YouTube, leaving behind many popular online resources.

for the first time in the world, since March 2020, the education system has switched to distance learning, which has caused large-scale changes in the formats of providing educational services to a huge number of residents of countries around the world. This also affected Kazakhstan, the fourth quarter of the 2019-2020 academic year in the context of the pandemic and quarantine showed a sharp increase in the attendance of digital educational platforms in Kazakhstan. In connection with it, the system Cndac received an extension of a dedicated broadband Internet channel, thanks to the work of two ministries: the Ministry of education and science of RK and Ministry of digital development, innovation and aerospace industry of Kazakhstan. This measure made it possible to work better at increased loads.

The kundelik AIS system became the basic online educational platform in Kazakhstan, where remote materials of the best educational projects, such as "Daryn.Online", "Mekteponline", etc. were additionally placed.

By the way, since April 6, 2020, all 648 schools in East Kazakhstan have started a distance learning format. Using a single information system Kundelik.kz, a digital educational resource of Bilimland.kz and Daryn. online.kz knowledge could be obtained by almost 168 thousand students living in localities with Internet speeds of 4 MBS and higher.
