Digital technologies are being introduced in education, healthcare, agriculture, land relations, security and law enforcement, transport, and manufacturing.

Educations

East Kazakhstan region currently holds a leading position in opening an IT class in the Republic.

Currently, there are two IT centers in the region: one at the Polytechnic College, and one at the electrical engineering College. There are trained students who are practicing teachers.

There is also an innovation center for schoolchildren "Jastar Time".

Healths

The electronic health document is fully implemented. Now, there is no outpatient card. All hospitals in the region have switched to a digital system.

Land relations

East Kazakhstan region was one of the first in the country to introduce an electronic land map.

Transport's

Semey has implemented an electronic fare payment system "Avtobýs". You can also use the" Bus Report " program to monitor the behavior of public transport.

Productions

The region's enterprises gradually adopted Industry 4.0. by adopting elements, the production sites were upgraded in carrying out. Currently, 6 manufacturing enterprises have switched to digital technologies.

Securities

A unique unified situation center has been created in East Kazakhstan region. A social object, traffic and utility services, emergency services, and a geographic information system are all monitored by an interagency unified situation center.

In order to modernize dairy production, a system of Smart farms has been launched in the region.
