«KAZZINC» LLP implemented four projects under the digitalization program in 2020

As an example, we can cite The project "Implementation of the PITRAM mobile personnel management system in short periods of time at the Maleevsky mine. The project was completed in December 2017 (the project cost is 587 million tenge).⠀

Its implementation made it possible to create an automated system for managing the operational activities of the mine, get information about the operation of equipment, the movement and location of personnel in real time, as well as fast processing of large amounts of information, there is 3D visualization.

With the implementation of the project, the concept of managing mobile personnel in short periods of time using IIoT at an underground mine was implemented.

The effect of the project is to improve the safety of mining operations and the safety of workers by tracking the location of equipment and workers in the mine, increasing productivity and improving working conditions. Within 5 years, due to the implementation of the project, it is planned to get an economic effect in the amount of 1,367 million tenge and reduce operating costs by 10%.
