In October-November 2020, the Institute for Analysis and Forecasting of the East Kazakhstan Region, commissioned by the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan for East Kazakhstan Region, conducted public monitoring of the quality of public services. 15 public services were considered: 4-in the field of health, 7-provided at the regional and republican levels, 4-provided at the regional level. The study involved 1,182 respondents.
