In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection COVID-19 among the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the state revenue Department on the East Kazakhstan region (further –DSR IRR) measures are taken to limit exposure of the employees of the state revenue authorities of East Kazakhstan region with population.

Currently, taking into account the declared state Of emergency in all state revenue agencies of the East Kazakhstan region, public services available in electronic form are provided only through electronic services (information systems of the SRC, Еgov.kz). in addition, access to the self-service terminal located in the service center of the territorial Departments of state revenue is restricted.

Regarding the submission of tax reports, we would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting the Federal tax return for 2019 has been extended by 30 calendar days, i.e. until April 30, 2020, subject to its submission in electronic form. This extension applies to the submission of the following tax reporting forms for 2019– 100.00, 110.00, 150.00, 220.00, 230.00, 240.00, 700.00, 860.00, 870.00, 871.00, 920.00. At the same time, taxpayers are not required to submit any applications or notifications about the extension of the term.

In addition, at this time, the regional state revenue agencies operate Contact centers for providing taxpayers with consulting services over the phone. Consultations are provided on the provision of public services, termination of activities, the procedure for calculating land tax, property tax, vehicle tax, the presence of debt, issuing notifications and orders to suspend expenditure operations (RPRO), etc.
