In accordance with subparagraph 8) of article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science", based on the submission of the chief state veterinary and sanitary inspector of Tarbagatay district territorial inspection of Committee of veterinary control and supervision Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 664 of 23 October 2020, the mayor Kocienski rural district DECIDED:
In connection with the complex of veterinary measures to eliminate the disease brucellosis among cattle, remove the established restrictive measures on the streets of the 7th quarter of the Kokzhirinsky rural district of the Tarbagatay district.
To recognize become invalid the decision of the akim of rural district Kocienski dated 19 August 2020, №17 "On establishment of restrictive event on the streets 7 quarter Kocienski rural district, Tarbagatay region" (registered in the Register of the state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 7463 and Reference control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic format on 24 August 2020).
This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
