The mayor's office of Tarbagatay district holds a competition for the provision of land plots for rent for agricultural production, peasant or farming.
To participation in competition are supposed physical and legal persons of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for persons included in the list of forcibly seized land, as well as the winners of the contest, declined during the year from the signing of the contract of temporary paid land use (rent) land agricultural value.
The application for participation in the competition and the final proposals must comply with the requirements of article 43-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003 and the rules for organizing and conducting the competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming, agricultural production, approved by order of the Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 2018 No. 518.
Acceptance and registration of applications for the competition is carried out within fifteen working days from November 23, 2020. Note
A participant who is an individual or a legal entity submits the following documents for participation in the competition:
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer
In the bid :
1) Business plan (projected investment volume, area of crop cultivation, number of farm animals, applied agricultural technologies, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) in the closed envelope of the proposal "konkrus on granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting peasant or farm farming, agricultural production" and " in_____ "___" before autopsy " (specify the exact date of autopsy).
The opening of envelopes with competitive applications and summing up will take place on December 15, 2020 at 10.00 am at the address: Aksuat village, Tolegetay Baba street, 1 (in the building of the district akim).
The competition is declared invalid in the following cases:
1) less than two applications for each land plot submitted for the competition;
2) less than two participants in the competition for each land plot put up for competition.
Conditions and requirements for the use of land are made on the basis of article 43.1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1) use the land plot in accordance with the established purpose;
2) implement measures provided for by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection of land, its appropriate and effective use;
3) ensure that the crop rotation system is mandatory and maintained;
4) pay the fee for the use of the land plot in a timely manner;
5) apply production technologies in accordance with sanitary and environmental requirements;
6) perform other duties of the land user stipulated by article 65 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.06.2003 No. 442-II.
