On the appointment of regular elections of deputies of the Mazhilis Of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan
In accordance with subparagraph 2) articles 44 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, article 85 of the constitutional law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" I DECIDE:
1. To appoint the next elections of deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of Kazakhstan, elected on party lists, on January 10, 2021.
2. appoint regular elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, elected by the Assembly of people of Kazakhstan, for January 11, 2021.
3. the Central election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall organize the preparation and conduct of regular elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and regions should take the necessary measures for organizational, material, technical and financial support of the regular elections of deputies of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. The present Decree shall be enforced from the date of publication.
