Individuals and legal entities of the Republic of Kazakhstan are allowed to participate in the competition, with the exception of persons included in the list of forcibly withdrawn land plots, as well as the winners of the competition who refused to sign a contract for temporary paid land use (lease) for an agricultural land plot for one year.
Applications for participation in the competition and bids must comply with the requirements of article 43-1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20 ,2003 and the rules for organizing and conducting a competition for granting the right to temporary paid land use (lease) for farming, agricultural production, approved by order No. 518 of the Minister of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan-Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2018.
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition is carried out within fifteen working days from November 16, 2020. Note
A participant who is an individual or a legal entity must submit the following documents to participate in the competition::
1) application for participation in the competition;
2) competitive offer
In the bid :
1) Business plan (projected investment volume, areas of cultivation and cultivation of agricultural crops, livestock of farm animals, applied agricultural technologies, availability of agricultural machinery and technological equipment, qualified specialists in the field of agriculture, the number of jobs created);
2) offers of a closed competitive convertinde "of a peasant or farm,for agricultural production, on the right of temporary paid land use (lease), to grant the right of konkrus" and "year_____ "___" do not open until" (the actual opening date is indicated) is written in the word.
Opening of envelopes with competitive applications and summing up the results will take place on December 8 ,2020 at 10.00 am at the address: Aksuat village,Tolegetay Baba str., 1 (in the building of the district akim).
The competition is declared invalid in the following cases:
1) less than two applications for each land plot put up for competition;
2) for each land plot put up for competition, less than two participants are allowed to participate in the competition.
Conditions and requirements for the use of the land plot are made on the basis of article 43.1 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
1) use the land plot in accordance with the established goals;
2) implement measures provided for by the land legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the protection of land,its rational and efficient use;
3) ensure the mandatory maintenance and preservation of the crop rotation system;
4) make timely payment for the use of the land plot;
5) apply production technologies in accordance with sanitary and environmental requirements;
6) perform other duties of the land user stipulated by article 65 of the Land code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 20.06.2003 No. 442-I
