In accordance with subparagraph 8) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine", subparagraph 4) of paragraph 2 of Article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", on the basis of the submission of the Chief State Veterinary and Sanitary Inspector of the Tarbagatai District Territorial Inspectorate of the Veterinary Control Committee and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 367 dated July 07, 2021, DECIDED:
1. In connection with the implementation of a complex of veterinary measures to eliminate the disease of brucellosis among small ruminants, to remove the established restrictive measures in the Akzhal settlement of the Oyshilik rural district of Tarbagatai district.
2. To recognize as invalid the decision of the akim of the Oyshilik Rural District of Tarbagatai District dated November 25, 2020 No. 21 "On the establishment of restrictive measures in the Akzhal settlement of the Oyshilik Rural District of the Tarbagatai District" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 7877).
3. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
4. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
