In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", (subparagraph 7) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "On Veterinary Medicine", on the basis of the submission of the head of the Tarbagatai district Territorial Inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 270 of 28.05.2021, the akim of Kindiktinsky rural district DECIDED:
To establish restrictive measures in the Abseit street of the Kindiktinsky rural district of the Tarbagataysky district in connection with the occurrence of brucellosis disease among cattle.
I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
