In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2020 "On the procedure for organizing and holding peaceful assemblies in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 15) paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Tarbagatai district maslikhat DECIDED:
Make an addition to Annex 1 to the decision of the Tarbagatai district Maslikhat No. 65-4 of December 3, 2020 "on the definition of special places for organizing and holding peaceful assemblies in the Tarbagatai district, the procedure for their use, the maximum filling standards, the requirements for their material, technical and organizational support, the borders of adjacent territories where picketing is prohibited".
