To start working with the bot, you need to register at <url> and link your phone number to the portal profile. Registration and linking of the phone is carried out strictly using EDS, and if you do not have it, then read the information about the procedure for obtaining EDS in the section "for the first time on the portal".
Linking a phone number or "registration in the database of mobile citizens" (PGK) at the initial registration on the portal, as well as eGov.kz settings in your Personal Account. It requires confirmation via SMS code and signing of the user's digital signature.
