There are two ways to register online in the mobile citizens database:
1) Via the Kenes Virtual Assistant:
click on the Kenes Virtual Assistant located in the lower-right corner of the egov page.kz and select your preferred language;
click on the icon in the lower panel of the assistant and on the "Video Call" button under the text "Registration in the Database of mobile citizens";
after receiving the video call, the operator should show his identity card, dictate the IIN, phone number and one-time password.
2) through the" Personal Account "of the portal egov.kz:
