About naming an unnamed street in the village of Kindikti in the Kindiktinsky rural district
In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 23, 2001 "On local State administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 4) of Article 14 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 8, 1993 "On the administrative-territorial structure of the Republic of Kazakhstan", on the basis of the conclusion of the onomastic commission under the Akimat of the East Kazakhstan region of June 17, 2020 and taking into account the opinion of the population of the relevant territory, the akim of the Kyzylkesik rural district DECIDED:
1. Assign the name "Kenzhaly Bi" "Zhunisov Tleugazy" "Tusipkhanov Village Council" "Abseit" "Sagyndykov Smagul" "Kozhakhmetov Sayabek" to an unnamed street in the village of Kindikti of the Kindikty rural district:
2. Provide the state Institution "The Office of the Akim of the Kindikty rural district" in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this decision in the territorial body of justice;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this decision, send a copy of it for official publication in periodicals distributed in the territory of the Tarbagatai district;
3.I reserve control over the implementation of this decision.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after its first official publication.
