Fisheries reclamation of water bodies is carried out in the region

From January 27 to 28 of this year, aeration was carried out on the Buktyrma reservoir, Toranga Bay and the Kara Ertis River delta in order to prevent the fish resources from being frozen and the water was saturated with oxygen in the Kurchum district. There is a year-round ban on fishing in these areas.

The event was held with the participation of volunteers, local residents, fishermen of Tore-Togam LLP, Digam LLP, employees of the fish inspection and the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the region.

According to the results of the work, more than 2 thousand holes were drilled.
