Whitefish spawning

In accordance with the order of acting Chairman of the Committee of forestry and wildlife Ministry of agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 24, 2015 № 190 "About introduction of restrictions and prohibitions on the use of fauna objects, their parts and derivatives, establishment of places and terms of use», on lake zhaysan, Bukhtarma and Ust-Kamenogorsk reservoirs and on the Ertis river from the Ust-Kamenogorsk hydroelectric power station to the shulbinsky reservoir and from the shulbinsky hydroelectric power station to the administrative border with the Pavlodar region," a ban on whitefish fishing was introduced – from November 10 to December 10.
