Monitoring of the issuance of apartments to citizens from the housing stock

As part of the implementation of the project "Shygys – adaldyq alany", the project office "Shemonaiha–adaldyq alany" together with the specialists of the construction department monitored the issuance of apartments to citizens from the housing stock.
Construction of a 60-apartment residential building in the city of Shemonaikha of the Shemonaikha district of East Kazakhstan region, with a total area of 4,594 sq. m., the area of apartments is 3,436 sq.m., including: - one – room - 15 apartments; – two-room-45 apartments. The construction cost is 640.8 million tenge. The cost per 1 sq. m. is 140.0 thousand tenge. An agreement was signed with GRANDINERT LLP dated 20.05.2020, (term-December 2021) in the amount of 612.943 million tenge. Earthworks are being carried out, work on the foundation (piles) is being carried out.
