ON THE START OF CONSTRUCTION OF RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE “ONE-STORY EAST” PROGRAM BY THE MECHANISM OFTAKE CONTRACT IN THE SAMARA DISTRICT

In accordance with the instruction of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and within the framework of the implementation of the state program "One-story East" aimed at developing housing construction and improving the living conditions of citizens in the territory of the East Kazakhstan region, the start of the project for the construction of individual residential buildings in the Samara district of the East Kazakhstan region is announced.
Construction will be carried out under the mechanism of an offtake contract, providing for a guaranteed purchase of completed objects by the state or an authorized state body in accordance with the approved parameters and requirements.
The customer of the construction is the Akimat of the Samara district of the East Kazakhstan region together with authorized bodies and within the framework of interaction with contractors determined on a competitive basis.
The project is aimed at providing the population with affordable housing, creating a comfortable living environment, developing engineering and social infrastructure, as well as stimulating the construction industry of the region.
