A number of citizens who contributed to the development of our region were awarded the title “Honorary Citizen of the Samar District”.

Among them, Akhmet Fazylovich Kuderbaev, a veteran of public service and the head of the peasant farm “Batrakov” Vladimir Ivanovich Batrakov, were awarded.
