The service for issuing electronic queue coupons was introduced in April 2022, and over the past year it has been used over 60 thousand times. At the same time, over the past 5 months, the issuance has increased significantly: in December 2023, users requested about 3 thousand coupons, and in April - already more than 12 and a half thousand.
Please note that an electronic queue ticket can be obtained by scanning the QR code at the reception desk through the “Central Service Center” application. Before this, you must have a preliminary online reservation at the public service center, completed in the application. The service is also available in one of the second-tier bank applications.
“The State Corporation is actively working to digitalize the provision of public services. Today, most services can be obtained online without leaving your home. If the service is provided only at the public service center, then you can book a queue and show up at the time of your appointment. In this case, you don’t even have to contact a specialist at the reception. A citizen can independently obtain an electronic queue ticket. This way, you can save not only the time of service recipients, but also paper for the production of coupons,” said Arman Kenzhegaliev, Chairman of the Board of the State Corporation.
By the way, three public service centers where electronic coupons are most often used are located in the Medeu district of Almaty, in the Sairam district of the Turkestan region and in Karaganda on Chkalova Street.
In 2024, “Government for Citizens” intends to analyze the experience of using the mobile application “Central Service Center” and modify it for greater customer convenience. Currently, the main functions of the application are electronic queue booking and provision of government services via a video call by a public service center operator.
