The state corporation increased the detection of violations by more than five times

During the first quarter of 2024, the State Corporation independently identified 1,319 violations in the provision of public services. Comparatively, for the same period last year there were 249.

- The established facts were transferred to law enforcement agencies, on which 12 criminal cases were initiated.

- 90 employees of “Government for Citizens” were subject to disciplinary action, 2 employees were demoted, and 9 employees had their employment contracts terminated.

- Violations were observed through public service centers, special public service centers, real estate registration, land cadastre, etc.

- Based on these facts, pre-trial investigations are being conducted in Almaty, Almaty, Kostanay, and East Kazakhstan regions.

It should be noted that the State Corporation adheres to a policy of zero tolerance towards corruption. Security Service employees are doing a lot of work to uncover violations. “Government for Citizens” closely cooperates with law enforcement agencies and all identified facts of illegal actions are immediately submitted for consideration.

By the way, a joint Memorandum is currently being developed between the “Government for Citizens” and the AFM RK. It is aimed at strengthening cooperation and coordinating the efforts of the parties in the fight against illegal registration of vehicles in special public service centers. Also, let us remind you that from October 16, 2023, in order to reduce corruption components, the State Corporation introduced the Traffic Regulations 3.0 system, which makes it possible to tighten the procedure for conducting exams for obtaining a driver’s license.
