X session of Samar district maslikhat of the VIII convocation

On April 2, 2024, the next X session of the Samar district maslikhat of the VIII convocation took place, in which the deputy akim of the Samar district Zh.T. Maikenev, deputy akim of the district, a member of the audit commission of the East Kazakhstan region Adilov E.R., and heads of departments took part in the work. , akims of rural districts, chairman of the branch of the AMANAT party of the Samar region, head of the state revenue department of the Samar region, head of the police department of the Samar region.
The following issues were discussed at the session:
1. On approval of the report on the execution of the budget of the Samar district for 2023.
2. On approval of the report (conclusion) of the audit commission for the East Kazakhstan region to the annual report of the local executive body on the execution of the budget of the Samar district for 2023.
3. On approval of the report on the execution of the budget of rural districts of the Samar region for 2023:
1) report of the akim of the Akkala rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;
2) report of the akim of the Bastaushinsky rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;
3) report of the akim of the Kulynzhon rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;
4) report of the akim of the Marinogorsk rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;
5) report of the akim of the Mirolubovsky rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;
6) report of the akim of the Palatsy rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;
7) report of the akim of the Samara rural district on the execution of the district budget for 2023;

1) On approval of the Rules of Procedure for the local community meeting in the Samar district;
2) On approval of changes in the personnel of the Samar district akimat;
3) On amendments to the decision of the Samar district maslikhat dated December 28, 2023 No. 9-3/VΙІΙ “On the budget of the Samar district for 2024-2026”;
4) On amendments to the decision of the Samar district maslikhat dated October 19, 2022 No. 2-5/VΙΙ “On approval of the personnel of the district land commission”;
5) On amendments to the decision of the Samar district maslikhat dated December 25, 2023 No. 8-2/VΙІΙ “On the election of members of the district territorial and precinct election commissions”;
6) On amendments to the decision of the Samar district maslikhat dated January 16, 2023 No. 9-2/VΙІΙ “On the election of members of district election commissions for the election of deputies of the Samar district maslikhat.”
7) On determining the size and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Samar region.
8) On approval of the personnel of the Commission on Minors’ Affairs and the protection of their rights under the akimat of the Samar district of the East Kazakhstan region in a new edition.
