“OblShygysZhol” LLP notifies you that by order of the akim of the Kuygan rural district of East Kazakhstan region dated March 13, 2024 No. 319, a decision was made to close traffic for all types of vehicles on the “Kyzyl Tu” ice crossing (Bukhtarminskoe reservoir).
The reason is a break in the ice, water coming to the surface of the ice, a threat to traffic safety, including the life and (or) health of individuals.
Traffic will be detoured through the settlements of Altai, Ulken Naryn and Zaysan.
