"Cultural and civilized future"

There is a shortage of cultural specialists in the Samar region. In this regard, the director of the House of Culture of the Samar district, Darkhan Ramazanuly, developed a new project. The project for training young specialists is called “Cultural and Civilized Future”.

Darkhan Ramazanuly met with the head of the East Kazakhstan School of Folk Artists named after the Abdullin brothers in Ust-Kamenogorsk and signed a contract for a specialist training project. This will have a positive impact on solving the problem of shortage of cultural specialists in the region.
