"Honorary Citizen of the Samar District"

      Akim of the Samar district N. Makhambetov and chairman of the Samar district maslikhat G. Shaimardanova presented the medal “Honorary Citizen of the Samar District” to a number of citizens who made a great contribution to the socio-economic development of the district.

      In 2022, by the decision of the district maslikhat, the medal was awarded to Agzam Manapov, the former akim of the Akkala rural district, the head of the peasant farm "Mambet" Mambetov Yesimbek Dalelovich, one of the largest peasant farms in the region, who made a great contribution to the development of agriculture, Uralbekova Kulyash Zakievna, who for many years worked in the field of education.

      Also, by the decision of the district maslikhat of 2023, the medal “Honorary Citizen of the Samar District” was awarded to Sanyarbek Dugozhanovich Okumbaev, who worked for many years at the Samara Agrarian and Technical College, Gulzhanat Abdykarymovna Kongulova, a veteran teacher who held the position of director of the Kokzhota Secondary School, and Bakytbek Kumarov Kusainovich, head of the peasant farm “Kusainov B.K.”, who contributed to the development of the agricultural sector in our region. In addition, due to the fact that he had not previously been awarded the badge “Honorary Citizen of the District”, the akim of the district Nurlan Mukhtarovich awarded the medal “Honorary Citizen of the Samar District” to Kozhambetov Bayand Kakenovich, an honorary citizen of the district, who worked as the akim of the Kokpekty and Samara districts, awarded the Order of “Kurmet” Republic of Kazakhstan.
