On the results of the regular ninth session of the Maslikhat of the Samar region

On December 28, 2023, a meeting of the regular ninth session of the Maslikhat of the Samar district was held. The session was attended by 8 deputies, akim of the district Makhambetov N.M., deputy akims of the district, akims of rural districts, heads of independent departments of the district, and media representatives.

At the meeting of the standing commissions, the report of the akim of the Samar region (Makhambetov Nurlan Mukhtarovich) on the implementation of the functions and tasks assigned to him was discussed and adopted at the session. On the issue of the budget of the district and rural districts for 2024-2026, the head of the department of economics and finance of the district Samar Kereybaev Azamat Armanovich reported on the draft budget for these three years, which was discussed by deputies at a meeting of the standing committees. At a meeting of the standing commissions, reports on the work done by the akims of the Samara and Palytsy rural districts were discussed and adopted at the session.

The session adopted the report of the chairman of the Samar district maslikhat G.K. Shaimardanova about the work done to organize the activities of the maslikhat.

Three residents of the Samar district, Kongulova Kulzhanat Abdykarymovna, Okumbaev Sanyarbek Dugozhanovich, Kumarov Bakytbek Kusainovich, were awarded the title of “Honorary Citizen of the Samar District.” Deputies approved: the work plan of the Samar district maslikhat for 2024; Plans for pasture management and use for 7 rural districts of the district (Akkala rural district, Bastaushinsky rural district, Marinogorsky rural district, Mirolyubovsky rural district, Palatsinsky rural district, Samara rural district, Sarybelsky rural district) for 2023-2024.
