In the Samara district, efforts are continuing to support the national environmental campaign "Moldir Bulaq," announced by the Head of State as a continuation of the "Taza Kazakstan" initiative.
As part of the campaign, officials from the district and village akimats, led by district akim Serik Zhenisov, worked with municipal services to clean up a spring, which is a landmark of the district and a popular recreation spot for residents and visitors.
"Such things can't be done once a year. Caring for nature begins with each of us and with simple daily actions. It's spring now, the snow is melting, and it's especially important to keep culverts, ditches, and springs clean. This will help prevent flooding. I urge all residents not to remain indifferent and to work together to maintain cleanliness and order. This is our common home, and only we can determine what it will be like," emphasized Serik Zhenisov.
At the same time, the district is systematically working to prevent flooding. According to the Emergency Situations Department, there is currently no threat of flooding in populated areas, and all necessary measures have been taken.
Sufficient supplies of bags of inert materials, fuel and lubricants, as well as motor pumps with hoses and generators, are available.
In case of potential emergencies, nine reception centers with a total capacity of 1,150 people have been designated in the district. Reception centers and evacuation centers have been established in the flood-prone villages of Samarskoye and Mirolyubovka.
Five agreements have also been signed with small businesses to provide three meals a day and essential food and non-food items in the event of an emergency.
Furthermore, memoranda of cooperation have been signed with road organizations in the district and the region on the prevention and response to natural disasters.
Ensuring safe passage during the flood period is under the constant supervision of the district administration and rural districts.
