In the Samara region, the Nauryznamа ten-day period became a vibrant holiday

The Samara region is celebrating the Nauryznama decade, filled with meaningful and significant events. On the first days, March 14 and 15, dedicated to the Great Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Great Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, charity events were organized. Employees of the Emergency Situations Department and the Youth Resource Center provided assistance to a large family and elderly residents. Great Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary is a special traditional day when people meet, check on each other, and strengthen family ties. On this day, the "Asyl Mura" babushki ensemble from the village of Bastaushy and the "Asyl Kazyna" folk ethnographic ensemble from the village of Samara held a warm meeting, exchanging good wishes and heartfelt words. The participants performed a dance, demonstrated respect for each other, and presented prepared gifts, setting an example of respect and the continuity of traditions.
In Shaңyraқ kүnі, representatives of the Youth Resource Center, together with Aidarkhan Sadykov, Advisor to the District Akim, visited the Mazhibayev family in the village of Kokzhyra. The couple, Zarypkhan Ata and Bakty Apai, have been married for 67 years, raised five children, and today have 15 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. During the meeting, it was noted that they have walked a worthy path hand in hand, which is especially important in strengthening family values and intergenerational continuity.
District institutions and organizations also actively participated in the national challenge dedicated to the Ulttyқ Kiіm Kүnі. Employees of the Education Department, the District House of Culture, and other institutions presented informative videos. The main goal is to popularize national dress, its historical and aesthetic significance, and to foster respect for cultural heritage among young people.
The initiative was also supported by district schools. At Samara Secondary School No. 1, National Dress Day was celebrated in a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The school was transformed into an ethno-village: students in national costumes, the sound of the dombra, and dance performances created a special atmosphere. Generous dastarkhan dishes with national dishes were served.
On March 19, Renewal Day (Zhaңaru kүnі), environmental campaigns were held at Abay and Zhambyl Secondary Schools. Students and teachers regenerated the soil for flowers, thereby emphasizing the importance of caring for nature and the symbolism of spring renewal.
Thus, the Nauryznama decade in the Samara district became a vivid reflection of national traditions, spiritual renewal, unity, and the continuity of generations.
