A new outpatient clinic opened in the village of Mirolyubovka, Samara District, East Kazakhstan Region. The modern medical facility was built as part of the state policy for the development of rural healthcare and aims to improve access to primary healthcare for the population.
According to local residents, no new social facilities have been built in Mirolyubovka for many years—the last building in the village was constructed back in the 1990s. Therefore, the opening of the new clinic was a truly long-awaited event.
During the ceremony, Samara District Akim Serik Zhenisov emphasized that the decision to build the facility was made last year during a visit by East Kazakhstan Region Akim Nurymbet Saktaganov.
Mirolyubovka is a transit village and is located in a tourist area. With this in mind, the decision was made to build the outpatient clinic here. With the support of the regional leadership, this issue was resolved, and today, village residents and visitors to the district will be able to receive high-quality medical services in modern conditions," noted the district akim.
He also emphasized that the development of medical infrastructure in the village is fully consistent with the social policy of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, aimed at improving the quality of life of citizens and ensuring equal access to medical care regardless of place of residence.
"I am very pleased that such an important facility has opened in our village. I have worked in the medical field in Mirolyubovka for over 30 years, and I can say that the construction of this first aid post is a wise and timely decision by the regional and district leadership. Modern medicine is constantly evolving, and here we have all the necessary equipment to provide high-quality medical services to the population," shared Faniya Arapova, a village resident and veteran of the Samar district medical profession.
The new first aid post is equipped with modern medical equipment, treatment and examination rooms, and a pharmacy. The building meets sanitary and construction requirements, is connected to all utilities, and is accessible to people with disabilities. The total area of the facility is 139 square meters and can accommodate up to 25 people at a time.
