Serik Zhenisov held a personal reception for residents of the Samara region

Samara District Akim Serik Zhenisov held a public reception to discuss personal matters. During the meeting, residents raised a number of pressing issues, including employment, water utilities, and housing.
"The district still faces many issues that need to be addressed. Not all of them are under our direct responsibility, but as representatives of the state, we are obligated to work consistently to resolve them and monitor the situation," Zhenisov emphasized.
This year, the Samara district completed the reconstruction of its water supply networks. Residents will begin connecting to the new water supply system in stages this spring. This project will improve the system's reliability and water quality.
Housing and public utilities were given special attention during the reception. In particular, it was explained that the distribution of social housing is carried out in accordance with current legislation and is delegated to Otbasy Bank, strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. At the same time, the responsibility of local authorities is to monitor the progress of construction and the quality of the housing being built. "This year, we intend to increase construction volumes under the 'One-Story East' program and continue the renovation of apartment buildings. These measures will gradually reduce the housing shortage and improve living conditions for residents," noted the district akim.
