Renovations of an apartment building in the Samar region are nearing completion.

In the Samar district, the restoration of a three-story residential building with 24 apartments is nearing completion in the village of Samarskoye.
During a meeting with the public and a progress report, Nurymbet Saktaganov, Akim of the East Kazakhstan Region, visited the site. The regional governor praised the quality of the construction and renovation work and instructed the contractor to complete the project within the specified timeframe.
Construction began in April 2025, and the building is scheduled to be commissioned by the end of December of this year.
According to Serik Zhenisov, Akim of the Samara District, the first two floors of the building are intended for residents on the housing waiting list, while apartments on the third floor are intended for government employees. As part of the project, eight apartments will be purchased with funds from the regional budget to provide housing for government employees.
Initially, the building will be heated with electric heating. After the completion of the central boiler room, the building is planned to be connected to the central heating system.
All apartments will be delivered fully finished. The layouts feature spacious living spaces, panoramic windows, and access to a balcony, creating a comfortable living environment.
In addition, maintenance work on another apartment building in the Samara district is planned for this year.
