The Government for Citizens State Corporation has introduced the service of delivering ready-made documents to the specified address into the work of public service centers.
The service was implemented as part of the pilot project "Public Service Department Manager" and is available at the front offices of the State Corporation.
Now, when applying for a public service, a PSC employee suggests that the applicant arrange for the delivery of the finished document to the selected address. To do this, it is enough to specify the details for delivery and pay for the service on the spot via a QR code using the second-tier bank's mobile application. The cost of the service is 1990 tenge in the cities of republican significance – Astana, Almaty and Shymkent, and 1000 tenge in regional offices.
Courier delivery is provided for 15 types of government services. These include: obtaining a child's birth certificate, marriage annulment certificates, repeated certificates and archival certificates of birth, marriage, divorce, and death, as well as issuing duplicate educational documents, restoring civil status records, and apostilling official documents.
It is important to note that you can order delivery only when submitting an application to the PSC.
When the documents are ready, an SMS notification from 1414 with a unique code is sent to the citizen. Next, the courier contacts the service recipient to determine the exact delivery time. Upon delivery, the courier performs identification using an identity card and a confirmation code.
In addition, you can track the delivery status in the PSC mobile application (App Store/Google Play) in the Document Delivery tab. Authorization in the application is carried out by IIN and phone number.
Thus, the introduction of the new service increases convenience and ensures confidentiality, thereby allowing citizens to receive documents without re-visiting public service departments.
