«Batyr Babalar Zholymen»

On June 29, the republican scientific and educational expedition "Batyr Babalar Zholymen" on the route Kokpekty — Samar — Ulan began.

It was headed by Professor of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Candidate of Historical Sciences Kanat Jensen. The goal is not just to travel, but to study historical heritage and foster patriotism among young people.

The expedition was supported by the cultural departments of the Abai and East Kazakhstan regions. Historical and educational events are planned in the Samara region with the participation of representatives of the akimat, deputies, veterans, teachers, local historians and entrepreneurs.
