The new service in the mobile application "TsON" was used about 4500 times in 3 weeks

Since April 28 of this year, a new useful service for calculating pensions and benefits (calculator) has appeared in the mobile application "TsON". This is a convenient tool with which citizens can independently calculate the preliminary amount of social payments without leaving home.

Since the launch, users have made calculations through this service 4,470 times. To date, the calculator provides calculations for 8 types of social payments/benefits and pensions in 5 key categories:

retirement: basic, solidarity and funded pension;
birth of a child: payments for temporary loss of income (due to pregnancy, childbirth or adoption), child care allowance up to 1.5 years;
disability: social payment for loss of ability to work;
loss of job: payment upon dismissal;
loss of a loved one: payment in the event of the loss of a breadwinner.

It is important to note that the calculation is based on the data entered by the user, therefore the results are approximate and for informational purposes only. The exact amount of payments will be calculated and approved by the decision of the authorized government agency based on the information provided by the applicant.

To use the service, you need to download the "TsON" application (available in Google Play and the App Store), log in using the state biometric identification service, select the appropriate service in the "All Services" section and enter the data.

By the way, the "TsON" mobile application continues to actively develop as a multifunctional digital channel for accessing electronic services on the "two-click" principle.

The queue booking function at TsONs is in high demand. Thus, an average of 60,000 electronic tickets are issued through the mobile application every week, which significantly reduces waiting time and increases the efficiency of service.

Services related to driver's license exams are especially popular. Over 8,000 people sign up for the theoretical exam every week, and about 7,000 for the practical exam. The trial practice registration service is also actively used, with about 1,600 people using it every week.

To date, the TsON mobile application has been installed and is actively used by about 670,000 users.
