In accordance with Articles 17, 67, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the akimat of the Samar district of the East Kazakhstan region DECIDES:
Establish a public easement (the right of limited targeted use) without confiscating land plots from the owners for the purpose of laying and operating electrical lines and networks (power lines) on land plots in accordance with the appendix to this resolution.
The state institution “Department of Land Relations of the Samar District” of the East Kazakhstan Region to take appropriate measures arising from this resolution.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the deputy akim of the district M. Mukhametzhanov.
This resolution comes into force after the day of its first official publication.
