Report on the activities of the State Institution "Office of Akim of Sarybelsky rural district of Samar district"
on the provision of public services for 2024
In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013 "On approval of the Register of Public Services", as amended on January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K of the Office of Akim of Sarybelsky Rural District of Samar district, individuals and legal entities are provided with 5 types of public services.
In 2024, the office of the akim of Sarybel rural district provided 53 public services, of which 53 were provided to individuals and 0 to legal entities.

-refusals in electronic form through GBD AND electronic licensing - 16 individuals.
During the year, there was no information about complaints about the quality of public services, and there was no violation of deadlines for the provision of public services. In 2024, 10 explanatory works on public services were carried out, covering 542 people. There was no training of employees for government services in 2024.
