On the establishment of a public easement on a land plot In accordance with Articles 17, 67, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, the akimat of the Samar district of the East Kazakhstan region DECIDES:
1. Establish a public easement (the right of limited targeted use) without confiscating the land plot from the owner to ensure free access to power supply networks (power lines) in accordance with the appendix. 2. The state institution “Department of Land Relations of the Samar District” of the East Kazakhstan Region, in accordance with the procedure established by law, ensure: 1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan region;
2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution, sending it for official publication; 3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Samar district akimat; 4) taking other measures arising from this resolution.
