Regional personnel reserve: who can take part?

On March 1, selection for the Regional Personnel Reserve starts.
Citizens of Kazakhstan no older than 35 years old with higher education and a total work experience of at least 3 years can take part in the selection.
Persons appointed by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, political employees, administrative civil servants of Corps “A”, persons enrolled in the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve cannot be allowed to participate in the selection for the regional reserve.
The number of candidates included in the regional reserve and industry areas are determined by regional personnel commissions, taking into account the socio-economic situation in the region and the priorities for the development of the public administration system.
The selection consists of several stages and will last from March 1 to the end of June 2024.
The period of stay in the reserve is 2 years. During this period, reservists can be appointed to administrative government positions of Corps “B” in local executive bodies, with the exception of elected positions.
How to register on the site?
To participate in the selection it is necessary from March 1 to March 31 of this year. register on the online platform onir.pkrezerv.gov.kz, indicating personal data. Candidates who submitted documents on paper or electronically also register on the online platform and upload documents within one business day after submitting documents, but no later than the last day for accepting documents specified in the advertisement.
Along with indicating the correct contact information in the “Personal Information” section, applicants must select the region of the personnel reserve and industry direction. The selection of two or more regional reserves or industry areas is not allowed, as well as the repeated selection of a regional reserve or industry area.
For successful registration, it is necessary to accept obligations to comply with established requirements for selection participants and ensure the accuracy of the information and documents provided. All required files must be uploaded.
What documents are required to participate in the project?
Citizens wishing to participate in the selection for the regional reserve submit an application and attach the following documents:
- a copy of an identity card or passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- copies of education documents and attachments to them;
- a copy of a document confirming work activity, certified by the personnel service at the last place of work.
Selection for the regional reserve consists of the following stages:
1) acceptance of candidates’ documents (from March 1 to March 31);
2) testing for knowledge of legislation (from April 5 to 9) and assessment of personal qualities (from April 13 to 14);
3) assessment of competencies (from April 22 to June 7);
4) structured interview in the regional commission (from June 13-15);
5) consideration at a meeting of the regional commission of candidates for enrollment in the regional reserve (from June 15 to June 17).
How to sign up for the first stage?
Registration for the first stage “Testing for knowledge of legislation” will be open from the moment of receipt of the notification confirming acceptance of the application for participation until 23:59 minutes on March 31, 2024.
