All public service centers have been modernized in Ust-Kamenogorsk

         All three public service centers have been modernized in Ust-Kamenogorsk, this was announced today at the branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in East Kazakhstan region.

         Citizens can receive government services in new public service centers at the following addresses: Satpayev Ave. 34/2, Kazakhstan St. 99/1 and Belinskogo St. 37a.

         “Today we opened a public service center after modernization at 99/1 Kazakhstan Street. Thus, now all digital offices of the population in Ust-Kamenogorsk operate in a new format. All of them are designed according to the Kaizen principle, equipped with the necessary equipment and have zoning for quick and convenient receipt of public services,” noted the director of the branch of the State Corporation “Government for Citizens” in East Kazakhstan region, Azamat Esembulov.

         Note that, unlike conventional public service centers, digital offices are divided into sectors to facilitate navigation and shorten the client journey. Thus, each of the zones has its own color: reception - turquoise, speed zone - yellow, area for issuing ready documents - green, social services - orange, documentation - red, purple indicates the comfort zone, where citizens can receive traditional operating room services, such such as registration of legal entities, real estate and others.

         In addition, in the modernized digital offices of the population, office equipment was updated and new furniture was installed.
