Specialists of the Public Service Center of East Kazakhstan region proposed an effective way to register real estate

Residents of East Kazakhstan region can register real estate and draw up a purchase and sale agreement at any public service center in the region. There is no need to contact notaries for this.

According to PSC specialists, to complete a transaction, real estate owners must have the following documents with them when contacting the PSC: purchase and sale agreement in two copies (the document is drawn up at the PSC); registration certificate of the property; title documents for the property (provided by the seller); notarized consent of the spouse (applies to both parties).

Please note that this service is paid; when drawing up a purchase and sale agreement by PSC employees, the service recipient pays 8,500 tenge separately for drawing up the agreement, regardless of registration. The term for its provision is 1 working day, excluding the day of submission of documents.

We would like to add that the cost of the service, except for apartments in residential buildings, varies depending on the type of real estate (for example, warehouses, parking lots, etc.). In the case of registering a private house, the cost does not change, but an additional fee is charged for the land plot and outbuildings on the site.
