In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Register of Public Services" dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 05, 2020 No. 19982, by the state institution "Office of Akim of Palattsyn rural district of Samar district of East Kazakhstan region" in 2023, 1 public service was provided to individuals and legal entities, of which:
- through the E-licensing information system – 1;
- on an alternative basis in paper form – 0.
The share of services rendered in electronic format through the E-licensing information system from the number of services provided on an alternative basis was 100%.
The dynamics shows that the most demanded public services are:
- "Acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership, which does not require bidding (auctions)" - 1;
In 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services. The deadlines for the provision of public services were not violated.
In order to ensure equal access of the population to public services, a stand with regulatory legal acts and information and reference materials on the provision of public services has been designed in the office of the akim of the rural district, responsible officials for the quality provision of public services have been identified. Information on the procedure for the provision of public services is posted in the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Adilet". There is a "Self-service Corner" for receiving services independently through the E-Government portal. The number of services provided through self-service corners in 2023 is 27 services.
In order to improve the quality of public services and inform service recipients about the procedure for providing public services, advisory assistance is provided to the population.
Explanatory work among the population is carried out on an ongoing basis through the WhatsApp messenger.
In 2024, it is planned to carry out work on an ongoing basis to increase the level of satisfaction with the quality of public services provided by the local executive body, to carry out explanatory work with the population through the WhatsApp messenger, to highlight the procedure for the provision of public services in the media, Internet resources, to conduct PR campaigns and events to popularize the "electronic akimat", to educate citizens rural district of Digital Literacy.
