In accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 983 dated September 18, 2013 "On Approval of the Register of Public Services", with amendments and additions dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/Қ, the State Institution "Office of the Akim of the Mirolyubovsky Rural District of the Samara District" provides 6 types of public services to individuals and legal entities.
In 2025, the Office of the Akim of the Mirolyubovsky Rural District provided 3 public services, of which 3 were to individuals and 0 to legal entities.

- Provided through the state corporation in paper form – 1 to individuals.

During the year, no information was received regarding complaints about the quality of public services, and there were no violations of the deadlines for providing public services.
In 2025, 2 explanatory sessions on public services were conducted, covering 1267 people. Staff training on public services was not conducted in 2025.
