In accordance with the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Register of Public Services" dated January 31, 2020 No. 39N/K, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 05, 2020 No. 19982, by the state institution "Office of Akim of Mirolyubovsky rural district of Samar district of East Kazakhstan region" in 2023, 3 public services were provided to individuals and legal entities, of which:
- through the E-licensing information system – 0;
- on an alternative basis in paper form – 3.
The share of services rendered in electronic format through the E-licensing information system from the number of services provided on an alternative basis was 100%.
The dynamics shows that the most demanded public services are:
- "Sale of a land plot to private ownership at a time or in installments" - 1;
- "Provision of a land plot for construction within the limits of a settlement" (changed to "Provision of a land plot from the lands of a settlement, village") – 1.
"The acquisition of rights to land plots that are in state ownership does not require bidding (contests, auctions)."

In 2023, there were no complaints about the quality of public services. The deadlines for the provision of public services were not violated.
