Pasture management and use plan
according to the Mirolyubovsky rural district for 2023-2024
This Pasture Management and Use Plan for the Mirolyubovsky Rural District for 2023-2024 (hereinafter referred to as the Plan) was developed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", dated February 20, 2017 "On Pastures", by order of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Kazakhstan - The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2017 No. 173 "On approval of the Rules for the rational use of pastures" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 15090), by Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2015 No. 3-3/332 "On approval of the maximum permissible load rate on the total area of pastures" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts No. 11064).
The plan is adopted for the purpose of rational use of pastures, sustainable provision of feed needs and prevention of pasture degradation processes.
The plan contains:
a scheme (map) of the location of pastures on the territory of the Mirolyubovsky rural district in the context of land categories, land owners and land users on the basis of title documents (Appendix 1);
acceptable grazing schemes (Appendix 2);
3) a map indicating the external and internal boundaries and areas of pastures, including seasonal, pasture infrastructure facilities (Appendix 3);
4) the scheme of access of pasture users to water sources (lakes, rivers, ponds, digs, irrigation or irrigation channels, tubular or shaft wells), drawn up according to the water consumption rate (Appendix 4);
5) a scheme for the redistribution of pastures to accommodate the livestock of farm animals of individuals and (or) legal entities that do not have pastures, and move it to the pastures provided (Appendix 5);
6) the scheme of placement of livestock of farm animals on the pastures of individuals and (or) legal entities that are not provided with pastures located in the Mirolyubovsky rural district (Appendix 6);
