On establishing a public easement on a land plot

In accordance with Articles 17, 67, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Akimat of the Samar district of the East Kazakhstan region DECIDES:

  1. Establish a public easement (right of limited intended use) without withdrawal of a land plot from the owner to ensure free access to power supply networks (power lines) in accordance with the appendix.
  2. The State Institution "Department of Land Relations of the Samar district" of the East Kazakhstan region, in accordance with the procedure established by law, shall provide::

1) state registration of this resolution in the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan region;

2) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this resolution, sending it for official publication;

3) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Samar district;

4) adoption of other measures resulting from this resolution.

  1. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the deputy akim of the district of the Abugaliy river.
  2. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
