The State Institution "Office of Akim of Marinogorsk Rural District" carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as the Regulations.
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Procedures", a public service is the activity of state bodies aimed at meeting the needs of individuals and legal entities.
The classified list of public services provided by central and local executive bodies is a single Register of services. According to the Register of Public Services approved by Order No. 39/NK of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 31, 2020, the State Institution "Office of the Akim of Marinogorsk Rural District" provides 5 types of public services.

In order to ensure equal access of the population to public services, a stand with regulatory legal acts and information and reference materials on the provision of public services was designed in the office of the akim of the rural district, and responsible officials for the quality provision of public services were identified. Information on the procedure for rendering public services is available in the information and legal system of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Adilet". There is a "Self-service Corner" for receiving services independently through the E-Government portal.
2) Information on public discussions of draft standards for public services.
According to Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 15, 2013 "On Public services", public discussions of draft standards of public services are not within the competence of local executive bodies of regions, cities of republican significance, the capital, districts, cities of regional significance, akims of districts in the city, cities of district significance, settlements, villages, rural districts.

To improve the quality of public services and inform service recipients about the procedure for providing public services, consulting assistance is provided to the population.
Explanatory work among the population is carried out on an ongoing basis through the WhatsApp messenger.
4) Results of internal control over the quality of public services rendered.
The office of the rural district akim prepares a monthly report on internal control over the quality of public services provided, and then submits it to the office of the Samar district akim. For 2023, there were no violations of deadlines in the provision of public services.
In 2024, it is planned to constantly carry out work to increase the level of satisfaction with the quality of public services provided by the local executive body, conduct explanatory work with the population through the WhatsApp messenger, cover the procedure for providing public services in the media, Internet resources, conduct PR campaigns and events to
